7. FEES AND PAYMENT

Service Professionals: Joining and opening an account is free. THE FAMOUS HALWAI may charge fees for premium services and lead fees at its sole discretion.

Service Users: Currently free to join and bid. THE FAMOUS HALWAI reserves the right to charge fees in the future with 30 days' notice.

8. REFUND POLICY

All commissions paid by Service Professionals on completed transactions are final and non-refundable. Deposits are non-interest bearing.

Unutilized and unclaimed credits or deposits for more than 364 days from purchase date shall expire and be forfeited. No refunds will be processed after expiry.

9. DISPUTES BETWEEN USERS

THE FAMOUS HALWAI is a platform provider only. The Website serves as a venue to bring Service Professionals and Service Users together, and THE FAMOUS HALWAI itself has no role in the execution or provision of Services.

You acknowledge that THE FAMOUS HALWAI is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of transactions or dealings between users.

10. TERMINATION

THE FAMOUS HALWAI reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and without notice if we believe you are violating these Terms of Use, are under 18 years old, or are not complying with applicable laws. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you terminate immediately.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, software, graphics, and videos, is owned by THE FAMOUS HALWAI or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant THE FAMOUS HALWAI a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE FAMOUS HALWAI SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID TO THE FAMOUS HALWAI BY YOU.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE FAMOUS HALWAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY THIRD-PARTY RIGHT.
